Argument From Silence

Drawing a conclusion based on the silence of the interlocutor, when the interlocutor is refusing to give evidence for any reason.

Examples:

• Jay: Dude, where are my car keys? Silent Bob: (says nothing) Jay: I KNEW you took them!
